Why did we name our framework 進化 (Shinka)?

In Japanese, Shinka means evolution – not just change, but a purposeful, irreversible progression to a higher state. It implies that true transformation is not a single event, but a continuous, stage‑by‑stage journey.

Our 9 stages follow this philosophy:

Unlike rigid models, Shinka embraces the idea that each stage builds upon the last. You cannot skip foundation building (Stage 5) and go straight to scaling (Stage 7) – just as a species cannot skip crucial evolutionary steps.
